These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application ("Book Nest") provided by Web3 generation, SIA ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Book Nest, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Book Nest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Book Nest.
Book Nest provides a platform that allows users to catalogue their books, save reading logs, post reviews, connect with other users, and share lists of books and reading habits. Book Nest offers two modes of operation: (a) a local mode where data is stored only on your device, limiting certain features, and (b) a cloud integration mode that enables data syncing, multiple device support, friendship, and data sharing.
To use certain features of Book Nest, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to promptly update your account information as needed.
We take the privacy and security of your data seriously. If you choose to use the cloud integration mode, your data will be stored securely in our servers. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find on our website. You retain ownership of any data you provide through Book Nest.
While cloud integration offers enhanced features, such as data syncing, multiple device support, friendship, and data sharing, it requires storing your data in our servers. If you choose not to use cloud integration, your data will only be stored locally on your device, limiting these features. You can switch between the two app states at any time.
You agree to use Book Nest in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You will not engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with Book Nest's functionality or the experience of other users. You are solely responsible for any content you submit through Book Nest, and you represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to do so.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to Book Nest at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability. You may also delete your account and remove your data from Book Nest at any time.
Book Nest, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Book Nest or its content without our prior written permission.
Book Nest IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF Book Nest IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF Book Nest, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting the updated version on Book Nest or notifying you by other means
